🚗 By Car (Recommended)
Having a car is the best way to explore the area. You’ll be just (traffic permitting):
• ~15 minutes to Walt Disney World
• ~15 minutes to Disney Springs
• ~20–25 minutes to Universal Studios
• ~15–20 minutes to SeaWorld
⚠️ Important – Resort Parking Fee
Guests are required to pay a $20 fee per parking space at the time of entry to the community.
Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
⚠️ Important – Valet Trash Pick Up: Door-step collection begins after 9 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

When you stay with us, this is your home! Enjoy full access to the entire property, inside and out, with the exception of the owner's closet.
🔑 Seamless Entry:
With our smart door lock, you’ll receive a unique code before your stay for effortless access.
🏡 Community Access:
To enter the community, present a government-issued photo ID that matches the reservation name. All guest names, including children, can enjoy the amenities.
🚗 Vehicle Information:
Upon arrival, register your vehicle at the main gate to receive your car pass. The clubhouse front desk will ensure daily access to all community amenities.
No RVs, campers, or trailers permitted
Housekeeping
🧼 At check-in, your unit will be sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service. While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
No Parties Allowed
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Thank you for your understanding!
Pet Policy
🐶 Bringing your furry friend? We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof!
Travel Insurance
🛡️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s policy at the time of booking.

Just like a hotel check-in, we’ll verify your ID and secure your stay—except it’s all online and easy to do on your phone! We use a trusted system called Happy Guest, where you’ll complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and choose one of two options to secure your stay:
1.) Place a $1,000 hold on your card (not charged, just a hold)
2.) OR purchase a $50 incident coverage policy and skip the hold entirely
Arrival instructions are sent only after completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
Once checked in, you’ll get a personalized digital guidebook with everything you need: home details, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in alerts, and sometimes even late checkout. You can share it with friends and family too!
