🌡️ Pool Heating:
ATTENTION! Love a warm swim? Add pool heating to your reservation for $35 per day—just let us know at least a week in advance! Note that pool heating is required for your entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.
💦 Pool Maintenance:
Our pool is serviced weekly to keep it pristine! After a rain shower, you may see some debris in the water; this is normal and clears quickly.
🍔 BBQ Usage:
Fire up the grill! Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank as needed.
🐾 Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bringing a furry friend? We’re thrilled to welcome up to 2 dogs (within insurance-approved breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep pets leashed outside, crate them if left unattended, and clean up after them. 🐶
🌪️ Travel Insurance:
ATTENTION! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1 - November 30). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Shipping Packages:
📦 If you plan to ship items via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers, please note that all packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. This is outside of our control, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages.

🏡 Remember, you’re staying in someone’s home, not a hotel. Treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to address them promptly, but please note that there’s no one on-site 24/7. Notify us immediately with any concerns so we can resolve them quickly.
No Parties Allowed 🚫:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Thank you for your understanding!T
