🧼 At check-in, your unit will be sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service. While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.

🔧 Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you may see some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly.

🍔 Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank during their stay.

🐶 Bringing your furry friend? We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof!

🛡️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Refunds will adhere to Airbnb’s policy at the time of booking.

🏊 Want to enjoy a warm swim? Add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day. Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Thank you for your understanding!
